Fabrication
CNC cutting, edging and drilling for rectangles, squares and intricate shapes fabricated to your specifications.

Silkscreening
Color and opacity that last. Lead-free frit is baked into the glass during tempering so it will not chip or flake.

Shape without compromise.
Our Bavelloni double-edging line and Schiatti edger polish rectangles and squares from 1/8\u2033 through 3/4\u2033. CMS Brembana CNC machines edge shaped parts and route internal cut-outs. An Intermac Master 23 CNC edger completes the lineup.
For clean, reliable drilling, we use diamond-embedded bits and drill from top and bottom to reduce chipping on holes from 1/8\u2033 to 3\u2033. Larger cut-outs are also available.
